- 12/05/01 - With the workload lifted suddenly, I feel I can focus on my baby more. A few years ago I just joined too many sites, I feel, and it might have been to receive power. But now I realize with time impaling me and my increased lack of work ethic that I can't keep track of most of these sites. So I will only work for here, and maybe a small job at another site. But I don't want to be an archiver. That's too much work.
- 12/05/01 - Here is the new plan for the site. I will post news articles in a LiveJournal, which is here. In the news article there will be a link to a sister post in the forums. From there you can comment on the news article. I hope this plan will work. I'm looking for people who can run themed sites on Mario, Yoshi, Zelda, things like that. So if you want to, please contact me and we can hire you in...
- 11/18/01 - Surprise! I actually updated. Wow, isn't that wonderful? Today's the GAMECUBE launch! Read all about stuff here. Plus, I have some new plans for the site I intend to carry.
- 09/05/01 - Today, Luigi_Link, founder and webmaster of the site ever since its initial start in 1998, is stepping down.
I enjoyed working on the site for a long time and being the head, but my burden is becoming too big these days and my mind wanders. I just don't simply have the time to make a website if I don't know who my viewers are and if they're confident in me.
I will still remain as a co-webmaster, but I will no longer be a head of the site. People who want to run this site may e-mail me at this address. Thank you all, it's been a great run. Please e-mail me at the website above and tell me your thoughts of this site. I would really appreciate it, as I don't get a lot of mail and love to hear your thoughts. - !Announcement! - The location and format of the site is outdated and hard to navigate through. That is why during the summer, I will build a new NF, called Neo Nintendo Freaks. This will be the second coming of the site, and we hope to become a good news delivering site. Current staff members can help if they want to, and we encourage new ones.
- Whenever - This is Jeff. No one ever updates this site, our so-called webmaster is never online anymore...just don't bother coming back, this site's done.

- 03/15/01 - 20:01 EST Jeff here. Wow...Yaridovich sure did do a good job! I for one am really glad to have him on the staff. Well, recently I've been planning on possibly re-starting Hyrule Castle.
- 03/09/01 - 18:45 EST Yaridovich here. Whew! I just finished a HUGE update. I'm about 30% finished remodeling. Should there be any errors (broken links, etc.), please contact me informing me of the problem. More to come in the near future.
- 03/09/01 - 23:37 EST The last six N64 games to be released in the United States are: Aidyn Chronicles (March 20th), Pokemon Stadium 2 (March 26th), Dr. Mario 64 (April 9th), Sea-Doo Hydro Cross (Spring 2001), Mario Party (May 7th, 2001) & Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 (Possibly, Fall 2001)
