Since then, it has grown into a competitive community with Grand Prix tournaments, league play, Elo rankings, ranked VS, tutorial content, special events, highlight videos, and in-person meetups. This hub is part of the broader YoyoYoshi Hub network, alongside Advance Wars Revolution (awRev).

May 25, 2026 (YoyoYoshi): The MK64 Switch VS Rankings system has received a major infrastructure expansion, including weighted multiplayer Elo rankings, searchable player history pages, full match chronology integration, quarterly historical Elo snapshots, and expanded rankings coverage through 2026-Q2.
The new system now preserves multiple years of MK64 Switch VS competitive history in a centralized searchable format through the MK64 Switch Hub and YoyoYoshi Bot infrastructure. Stream integration has also expanded, with selected Twitch streams now automatically populating in the Discord #streams channel.
Grand Prix League Season 3 is also underway with weekly pairings, evolving standings, integrated scheduling coverage, and centralized results tracking through the Hub.
May 7, 2026 (YoyoYoshi): Grand Prix League Season 3 (North America) is now live on the MK64 Switch Hub, continuing the community’s ongoing Grand Prix competition history with a new custom league format and integrated standings system.
The new season features weekly league play, evolving standings, player history tracking, and centralized scheduling/results coverage directly through the Hub. The site has also expanded its tournament history coverage with full CampKart 2025 and Euro Kart Clash results pages.
May 6, 2026 (YoyoYoshi): The MK64 Switch VS Rankings section is now live, covering parsed Discord VS match results from July 17, 2022 through January 14, 2026.
The new VS section includes a weighted Elo leaderboard, full player table, and recent match log. This gives the community a centralized home for VS rankings, player results, and competitive history that were previously scattered across Discord posts.
April 25, 2026 (YoyoYoshi): The MK64 Switch Multiplayer Hub officially launched as the first centralized site for the MK64 Switch Discord’s tournament history, rankings, media, records, events, and community resources.
The original launch included the GP Elo rankings covering Grand Prix results from April 25, 2023 through February 10, 2025, alongside Discord history, tournament pages, CampKart coverage, media sections, and community resources.
Mario Kart 64 was a couch multiplayer game for a lot of us first. It was something people played with siblings, parents, cousins, friends, and whoever else happened to be in the room. That shared history is part of what makes the Switch community special: the same game people grew up playing together can now keep going online.
This hub brings that continuity together in one place, making it easier to find tournament history, rankings, videos, records, events, and other important community resources.
New or returning players should start with Rules and Getting Started, join the MK64 Switch Discord , and explore the current rankings, league pages, videos, match history, and live community activity throughout the Hub.
